Gypsum Jointing Compound
Aneeb lightweight joint compound is a pre-made joint compound designed for fast application and easy maintenance. The compound is a complex combination often including fillers, additives, polymers and other ingredients. The delicate mix of compounds gives it a creamy texture when water is added that spreads easily onto drywall surfaces and then hardens as the moisture evaporates.
Characteristics
Consistent setting time with easy mixing and excellent workability
Low shrinkage formulation preventing cracks at panel joints
Excellent Tape Bonding Strength for paper and fiber jointing tapes
Ease of application & finishing, rarely taking more than 3 or 4 coats
Air drying & crack resistant with minimum wastage and zero lump formation
Delicate polymer mix providing a smooth, creamy texture that spreads easily
Quickly patches holes, bumps, tears, and wall blemishes
Jointing gypsum plasterboards, ceiling panels, and drywall partition systems
Finishing gypsum panel joints, corner beads, trims, and fastener heads
Skimcoating and fixing minor blemishes, holes, bumps, and tears on internal walls
How It Works
Drying type compound takes a long time to dry out and is used to fill holes or gaps and shrinks as it dries. Aneeb joint compound is usually more forgiving than the setting type of joint compound. This compound should be used at temperatures above 13 °C, and all materials should be at a similar temperature. Aneeb joint compound is most commonly used in plasterboard ceiling, drywall partition for new or renovation.
Application Process: Application is simple and easy, rarely taking more than three or four coats. When used for new walls, the joint compound effectively eliminates all blemishes from the surface of the drywall, such as fasteners, damage, or drywall tape. Joint compound is used to finish gypsum panel joints, corner bead, trim and fasteners, and skimcoating. In addition, it is also convenient for fixing minor blemishes or damages to walls. It quickly patches holes, bumps, tears, and other minor damage.
Benefits: Aneeb Jointing Compound is air drying & crack resistant, with minimum wastage and no lump formation. Ready to mix & work, easy to apply with excellent workability and faster drying.
